ALL OF OUR SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING PLACE REMOTELY

In order to make this process as efficient as possible, we highly recommend you follow the steps below:

  1. Select the mediator you wish to work with and review their availability.

  2. Coordinate at least 2 times/dates that work for all parties.

  3. Fill out the online Scheduling Form above the mediator’s calendar. Please note that we will not begin the scheduling process without email addresses for both parties/attorneys.

  4. Once the form is submitted, all parties/attorneys will receive the reservation email and deposit invoices.

  5. Once payment has been submitted from both parties, you will receive a confirmation letter with all the appointment details and instructions to join the mediation session.
